Underscoring our wealth of experience and strength of our reputation is Amalgamated’s 20+ years’ pioneering community-led approaches to residential and commercial property.

Amalgamated Property Group has amassed a property portfolio – residential, commercial and build to rent (BTR) projects throughout Canberra and Queensland – that exceeds $4 billion in worth, and a priceless amount of positive change for Australian neighbourhoods. The precincts we develop benefit from our team of industry specialists who bring more than 115 years’ combined experience, and a consistent level of precision, honesty, integrity and expertise to each and every project.

Transforming the way Australians experience life personally, professionally, and collectively.

Developing people-driven spaces

Amalgamated Property Group’s holistic development approach is centred around people – those who inhabit and work within our developments, those we engage within our business interactions, and those valued members of our broader neighbourhood.

Our process begins at site identification with a long-term lens to enhance the lasting livability, and viability, for the individual homeowner, the workforce and the wider locale.

Each development is underpinned by consultation and establishment of effective relationships with community representatives; we understand that once delivered, each project belongs to its residents and its environment, adding value as an important part of the bigger picture. We are proud to create people-driven spaces that provide lasting positive experiences.

Our team of honest, approachable specialists operates ethically and strives to deliver community visions beyond the standard and expected.
