Amalgamated Property Group and Base kick off construction at Affinity Broadbeach

Amalgamated Property Group (APG) and Base Developments have kicked off construction on its second Gold Coast apartment tower, Affinity Broadbeach, which is due for completion in early 2028.

More than 50 per cent of the 180 two- and three-bedroom apartments have sold, with buyers particularly impressed by the spacious and functional floor plans, close proximity to the beach, premium inclusions, and expansive resort-style amenities.

APG has just released a new limited collection of three-bedroom skyhomes with three living rooms and four bathrooms.

Graham Potts, Principal and Founding Director Amalgamated Property Group, said the strong demand for Affinity Broadbeach highlights a genuine need for affordable luxury residential developments on the Gold Coast.
