Civic Quarter 2 is Canberra’s workplace of the future.

Civic Quarter 2 (CQ2) will be the corner stone of the Civic Quarter Precinct offering A grade accommodation with the highest environmental credentials, including targeting a NABERS Energy rating in excess of 5 stars and Green Star and Wellness initiatives.

The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment has pre committed to lease a total of 33,000sqm of net lettable area with typical floor plates of 3000sqm that support flexible working patterns through connected technologies and collaboration.

The development will include significant upgrades along Mort street which will create a high quality, pedestrian-focused public realm and includes the retention of the existing mature street trees, provision for additional planting and new seating areas. Construction has commenced and is due for completion in October 2022.
